island. This international craze for Jamaican Jerk has given rise

preponderant use of Jamaican jerk seasoning mix by many inside and outside
of Jamaica. However, this method lacks the required many hours
of
marinating and slow cooking that denies “the real thing”. It

Our meats
are marinated in 's
specially formulated Jerk seasoning for
many hours. Using innovative techniques we have developed, our products are
slowly smoke cooked
to tenderness and perfection. Our meals are consistent in taste, aroma and
flavour and have a
minimum shelf life of one year.
The taste of ™ Jerk products is NOT on the meat, but IN the meat, deep down!
It's Versatile!
™
Jerk meals can be served as a complete meal. More commonly, Jamaicans enjoy
their Jerk meals with hard dough bread and other favourites such as roasted
breadfruits, Jamaican "Festivals" and fried dumplings
(or otherwise called Johnnycakes). Our Jerk meals are very versatile and can
be had with any of your favourite side servings of French fries, rolls, crackers,
rice, etc.
Convenient
™ ready-to-eat Jerk meals are available for your convenience. To have your warm serving of these authentic delicious meals, all you need is 4-5 minutes of microwave heating or 10-15 minutes of heating using your conventional oven. And, you can keep these products for up to one year in your home freezer with no loss of juiciness, tenderness or that great Jamaica "Jerk" taste! We require that you keep unused packages or portions frozen until ready for use. Once the meals are thawed, we recommend that they be kept refrigerated for a reasonable time like other cooked meats.

Jerk products are available in 12 oz (340 g) retail packages in cases of twelve
(12) packs and
5.0 lb packages of two (2) packs in 10.0 lb foodservice cases. Our 10.0 lb
cases are also ideal for parties and special events!

Healthy
™ Jerk is not only tasty, but also healthy. The method of slowly cooking the meat over heat allows for the gradual removal of oil from the meat. Our meats are marinated without the use of MSG or any preservatives. Once the meats are cooked, they are frozen cryogenically to lock in the freshness and original flavours of our herbs and spices.
